"Constantly looses floorplan."
"Edit: now abandoned by mfgr. Buggy af. Neato & vorwerk: never again. - - - - This app is the definition of poor design. Literally 80pct of the screen is empty, yet useful info is hidden behind needless menus and tool tips. Modern ui design is almost all garbage but this one hits a new low in information density. Crippleware firmware withholds basic features on the lower end models. Can't even see breadcrumb trail or live location."

"Hit and miss and now defunct. This app has always been a bit temperamental, or maybe it's Robin that's temperamental, either way, it's fantastic when it works, and incredibly frustrating when it doesn't. At the moment, sometime after first getting our new family member, the app is telling me it needs to update - only, there's no update. What's more, on my previous phone (iPhone) the app is not demanding an update, but, also not connecting to Robin (this isn't a new problem, it happens often)"
"Software and vac don't connect. Each time you have a reboot of your router you have to uninstall the vac and try to connect it again. Takes about 20 trial where you have to take out the battery so that piece of garbage would reboot. They show you an easy methode in the app, but that never works. SINPLY SAID, YOU BUY THIS VAC ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN."

"App won't work, says it requires an update but none is available. So useless. They still have not fixed bugs I reported years ago, cleaning profiles show turbo when I have saved eco. Ridiculous. I have raised tickets with support and its still open."
